Two disciplines, read together

Most advisory work stops at the org chart, and most property investment stops at the balance sheet. We built QSAWERY to sit between the two: a management consultancy that also owns and trades commercial real estate, so recommendations about a business are informed by an equally direct understanding of where and how it operates.

The firm is based in Kraków and works with owner-managed businesses, boards, and private property holders who want one advisor across strategy, structure, and premises — rather than three separate ones who never speak to each other.
